Policy maker and Filmmaker by education, A Bhaskar Rao works as an independent Composer, Sound practitioner, Academic and Writer based out of Ahmedabad, India.
Through his self-initiated platform Mustard Lake, he explores minimalism and dissonance in composition, soundscape ecology, languages and poetry, and human stories to create conventional and experimental audio and audio-visual experiences
As an academic researcher and visiting faculty, he teaches Sound, Music, Communication, Cinema and Space at various institutes of Design, Communication, Media and Technology across India.
